Advanced experience in managing small and lean finance teams

Monthly forecasting process
ESG-related financial reporting
Support capital allocation
Cost control
Long term growth initiatives
Formulating overall financial strategy
Plans and policies
Appropriate financial governance structures are developed
Reporting mechanisms are in place to conduct financial reporting
Maintenance of financial management control systems
Drive continuous improvement
Apply new financial laws and regulations to maintain up-to-date compliance
Regulatory, financial, business and other audits for the company
