Job summary

ADM Nutrition (Brits) is seeking a qualified Millwright to join our dynamic team at the Brits plant. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, read diagrams and blueprints, and ensure safety and production efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment registers, reducing downtime, and supporting operators to maximize OEE while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Matric required; technical qualifications are essential.
• N3 Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Millwright Trade Test certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out running repairs and assist with plant safety and OEE targets.
• Provide technical support to machine operators and production teams.
