The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment used in food processing, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience as a Millwright.
• Experience with food processing equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals relevant to food processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment, including machinery for processing deli meats.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and install new equipment.
