Xelvin is seeking over 10 all‑around maintenance technicians for positions in the Netherlands. The company specialises in international recruitment and provides support with onboarding and relocation.

What we ask
  • A completed Millwright / Redseal / trade education in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, or several years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Affinity with electrical and PLC systems.
  • Preference for working in a dynamic, complex factory environment.
  • Availability for 5‑shift work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to various tasks and maintain an overview of multiple projects, prioritising effectively.
  • A responsible, decisive, results‑oriented and action‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and analyse breakdowns or deviations in production equipment and determine root causes.
  • Engage internal or external expertise as needed in line with guidelines and procedures.
  • Assess the impact of breakdowns and determine priority in consultation with the production department.
  • Perform corrective maintenance and support colleagues or external parties to minimise production disruption.
  • Initiate and implement improvements to enhance plant performance.
  • Participate in (improvement) projects and maintain safety (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out), food safety and administrative processing within the maintenance management system.
