Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC).
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Production/Milling Manager leading a team of at least 30 people.
• Experience in people management, industrial relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the milling process from raw material intake to final product.
• Achieve company-set technical value drivers (Milling tons, hygiene, etc.).
• Conduct daily milling planning meetings.
