Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience in a similar industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• 7 years of mill relining experience (Steel, Poly-Met, and Rubber).
• Valid driver's license and PDP are essential.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of re-liners and plan daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Communicate daily with team leaders regarding tasks.
• Provide technical support to customers on site.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of activities.
