The roles and responsibilities for the departments under your responsibility will be company-wide, as Operations is a cross-company dynamic that affects the entire organisation.

Responsible for the Driver, Logistics, Operations, Compliance, and Fleet departments.

The core themes associated with your role: Consolidation, Company Elevation, Solution Deployment and Advancement.

Essentially the business is growing at a rapid pace and has been building and launching projects that have been capturing the opportunities that have become available or that we have created. The projects are carefully spec'd and launched in succession, and we are moving forward with success however revisiting these is now essential in terms of consistency, quality, customer retention and increased profitability.
