Overview

Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland's leading digital agency.

More recently, Webrepublic has launched a subsidiary in South Africa to work hand‑in‑hand with our HQ in Switzerland.

Our team in Cape Town has grown and we are now looking for a Mid to Senior Programmatic Advertising Consultant to expand our local presence into a large‑scale operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate media strategy into platform‑specific plans, accurately evaluate suitable placements, and align with campaign objectives and audience targeting.
  • Guide clients through the digital landscape, articulating pros and cons of different buying models, inventory types, and platforms.
  • Independently and flawlessly set up, optimise, and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns across Display and Video on various platforms (Display & Video, Campaign Manager, Teads Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams, contributing to a positive and solution‑focused team culture.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Higher Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college or university in a relevant field such as marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3‑4 years of relevant work experience in programmatic media buying and ad server management, with a passion for campaign implementation and execution.
  • Proficient in identifying campaign‑level optimisation opportunities, conducting analyses, and generating insightful reports.
  • Possess an independent and meticulous working style, a strong affinity for numbers and data, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in paid Social Media operations or a willingness to develop skills in this field is an advantageous asset.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
