We're looking for an organised, proactive, hands-on Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative and digital environment.

You’ll support the senior Account Director (and wider team) across three major accounts, helping to manage campaign delivery, paid media coordination, and day-to-day client comms.This role exists because we're busy and our clients expect sharp, responsive delivery.

You’ll be trusted to run with things, make smart calls, and keep work moving from brief to launch to reporting.You’ll work closely with the creative, production, and digital performance teams, ensuring campaigns land on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

What You’ll DoCampaign Management
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow on digital and creative campaigns , from brief through delivery and reporting.
  • Coordinate between creative, production, and performance teams to make sure timelines, assets, and approvals stay on track.
  • Manage creative resizes and versioning for social and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Ads).
  • Ensure all assets and information are delivered to the performance team in time for flighting.
  • Track campaign progress and post-flight reports.
Client Service
  • Be the point person for daily client contact - updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, contact reports, and next steps.
  • Present creative work confidently and manage feedback loops with diplomacy and speed.
Paid Media Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the digital performance team on flighting, pacing, and optimisation updates.
  • Review reports, flag insights, and brief creative updates or new assets when needed.
  • Support monthly reporting and reconciliations to keep everything aligned between creative and performance.
Creative & Production Oversight
  • Check artwork for spec accuracy and brand compliance before sending to client.
  • Manage internal studio workflow with traffic and creative teams.
  • Keep delivery boards (Notion) tidy and updated with live links, timelines, and approvals.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years' agency experience running digital and creative campaigns end-to-end.
  • Confident handling multiple clients and fast-turnaround retail work (The Crazy Store pace is real).
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms - Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok.
  • Excellent communicator : clear, calm, proactive, and solutions driven.
  • Strong attention to detail (you’ll spot a typo, disclaimer error, or wrong spec before it leaves the studio).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without losing your cool.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Experience in financial services or retail categories for table working across creative, production, and digital performance teams.
