Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our South Africa-wide outbound efforts. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery meetings with our Account Executives.

You will leverage tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, maintain clean Salesforce records, and continuously optimize outreach messaging. Remote role based in South Africa.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quota welcome.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Mid-Market Account Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
