About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Mid-Level Google Ads Specialist to join our paid media team. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, working across multiple clients and verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and takes ownership of performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategise, build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Execute full-funnel media strategies, including audience targeting, creative testing and performance optimization.
  • Write and test ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to brief assets that convert.
  • Monitor performance and pacing across accounts, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative as needed to hit client KPIs.
  • Build and present performance reports using platform data and tools like Looker Studio.
  • Track time accurately using Harvest for billing and project visibility.
  • Receive and manage tasks through Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends across Google.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns platforms.
  • Google Ads Certified (Required).
  • Strong working knowledge of campaign types including Search, Display, Performance Max, and lead generation or conversion campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, UTM structures setup.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets & Slides and building Looker Studio reports.
  • Experience working across multiple accounts and managing client budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience with international markets or multi-language campaigns.
