About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Mid-Level Google Ads Specialist to join our paid media team.

You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads for multiple clients and verticals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Strategise, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Execute full-funnel media strategies, including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Write and test ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to brief assets that convert.
  • Monitor performance and pacing across accounts, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative to hit client KPIs.
  • Build and present performance reports using Looker Studio.
  • Track time accurately using Harvest for billing and project visibility.
  • Receive and manage tasks through Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends across Google.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
  • Google Ads Certified (required).
  • Strong understanding of campaign types including Search, Display, Performance Max, and lead generation or conversion campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, and setup.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets & Slides and building Looker Studio reports.
  • Experience working across multiple accounts and managing client budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills.
