ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Business Applications Senior Sales Consultant.
Work from home or at an ITC field office.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes:
- Motivated and proactive professional with previous experience in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent Enterprise Applications.
- At least 5 years of face-to-face selling experience. Expertise in Microsoft product suite, including D365, PowerApps, and Business Central, is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships within existing customer bases.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to network across complex organizations.
- Skills in managing multiple commercial processes, forecasting accurately, and identifying challenges to positive outcomes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in designated territories, collaborating with vendor and industry teams.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding digital transformation roadmaps and driving sales.
- Strong networking skills and industry experience.
- Ability to drive new business and engage in lead generation.
- Liaise with solution consultants to ensure correct business outcomes.
- Desire to be involved in a rapidly growing business and take a leadership role.
- Strong personality motivated by continual improvement and self-development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the Finance & Operations segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries and geographies.
- Understand customer needs and propose value-added solutions leveraging Microsoft D365 platforms.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Work with marketing and business development to develop lead generation campaigns targeting specific verticals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and contracting.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Leverage your sales knowledge and existing Microsoft ecosystem network.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Prior consulting sales experience and understanding of Microsoft Business Applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Project Operations).
Contract: HMRC - A contractor (self-employed, non-employee).
Commissioned: Contractor invoices per closed sales order.
Flat fee paid per closed sales order, plus cash bonuses.
