The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support across multiple clients and Microsoft ecosystems. Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft IT Support Engineer with a background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
The successful candidate will support multiple clients across Microsoft ecosystems providing responsive, high-quality technical support and proactive system management.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of Microsoft administration, Intune device management, and Windows desktop support.
Deliver Level 12 technical support for Microsoft and Windows users.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage Intune MDM / MAM policies, device enrollments, compliance settings, and app deployments.
Handle Windows
Administer Active Directory / Azure AD, including user provisioning, security groups, and access policies.
Support network connectivity and core infrastructure (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, printers).
Monitor endpoints and tickets through MSP tools (ConnectWise, Datto, Atera, NinjaOne, or similar).
Document environments, incidents, and resolutions accurately and consistently.
Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
24 years experience in an MSP or IT outsourcing environment.
Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft administration and Intune device management.
Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and network fundamentals.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Microsoft certifications (MS‑, MD‑, or AZ‑).
Experience with RMM / PSA tools (Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise).
Exposure to endpoint protection, EDR, or backup solutions.
Experience supporting hybrid or cloud‑based client environments.
Confident and resourceful problem solver with strong technical intuition.
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple client environments.
Service‑focused mindset calm, clear, and dependable under pressure.
Enthusiastic about Microsoft technologies and continuous learning.
