Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Potchefstroom is seeking a competent member for the MHR Nursing and Admin panel. The role involves providing MHR placement services to clients and managing placement administration. Candidates must have at least a Grade 12 education, with preference for those with a Diploma/Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position, suitable for those with a good understanding of nursing admin structures and relevant legislation.

Main Purpose of Job

To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members.

Required Education

Essential Education: Grade 12.

Desired Education: Diploma/Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA).

Essential Minimum Experience: None.

Desired Experience: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge
  • MS Office (e.g., Excel – look up, pivot tables, filters; Word – letters).
  • Nursing and admin structures and scope of practices.
  • Good understanding of the relevant legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA) and ability to apply it in the workplace.
