Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members

Responsibilities

• Provide MHR placement services to clients
• Placement administration of panel members

Education & Experience

• Essential Education: Grade 12
• Desired Education: Diploma / Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)
• Essential Minimum Experience: None
• Desired Experience: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry

Key Skills & Knowledge

• MS Office (Excel - v lookup pivot tables filters etc.; Word - letters)
• Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
• Good understanding of the relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
