Qualifications

• A three year-tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Accounting/ Financial Management/ Public Finance/ Public Administration/ Economics/ Local Government Finance/ Auditing/ Commerce or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in municipal oversight, MFMA compliance monitoring, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and support interventions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MFMA implementation and capacity-building activities.
• Monitor MFMA compliance and related policies.
• Engage stakeholders and report on MFMA progress and impact.
