• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage, product quality, stock rotation, and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Feed back on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
