Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Merchandiser for our FMCG team in Mossel Bay. You will ensure attractive, compliant product displays and manage shelf stock to maximize visibility and sales across multiple stores.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential, with travel required within the Mossel Bay area. Uniforms and merchandising tools are provided, along with a competitive hourly wage and bonuses where performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail support role within FMCG.
• Strong merchandising principles and visual presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to cover multiple store locations with independent work ethic.
• Valid driver's license for travel within Mossel Bay.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join their FMCG team in Mossel Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products are displayed attractively and effectively in retail stores, maximizing visibility and driving sales. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to implement planograms, manage stock levels on shelves, and ensure product availability. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding brand standards within the retail environment of the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities
