Responsibilities

• Learn how to add value to a retailer by ensuring correct stock is in the correct place at the correct time.
• Learn how to maintain keyline and catalogue availabilities.
• Learn how to maintain stores within the maximum stock holding criteria.
• Compile and submit compliant orders within communicated timelines.
• Compile and examine relevant reports.
• Successful execution of promotional inserts.
• Identify obstacles and implement solutions with direct report approval.
• Resolve merchandising complaints and communicate with the direct report to prevent grievances.
• Collaborate with Franchisees, FDOs and OPS managers to optimise stock allocation to stores.
