Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an MEP Detailer to deliver all 3D and 2D coordination milestones across projects in a BIM environment. You will work under the Lead MEP Co-ordinator, ensure coordinated installation, and support off-site manufacturing opportunities.

Based on site when required, you will join a vibrant, agile team delivering on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Design.
• At least 2 years in BIM coordination or detailing.
• Proficient in Revit (MEP), Navisworks and ACC/BIM360; ISO 19650 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Detail and coordinate 3D elements per project requirements.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit, Plant 3D and Advanced Steel.
• Coordinate and clash detect against federated models.
• Update federated models daily and submit files per standards.
• Support weekly coordination meetings and BIM processes.
• Site surveying and verification with point cloud scanning.
• Assist tender processes and drawing requirements.
