Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Zone Fitness Parow is on the lookout for driven, confident, and energetic individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you're passionate about fitness, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by results, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively promote and sell memberships to increase the Parow branch's member base
• Generate and follow up on leads through community engagement, referrals, and outreach
• Convert walk‑ins and enquiries into long‑term members
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Represent the Zone Fitness brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 6 months’ proven sales experience (fitness or retail industry an advantage)
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive, confident, and self‑motivated
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
