Chamber NT is seeking a proactive and community-focused Membership Coordinator to lead member engagement, event coordination, and committee support in Alice Springs and the surrounding region.

This is a hands‑on role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the heart of the Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Engagement
    Provide responsive support via phone, email, and in-person.
    Onboard new members and assist with renewals.
    Maintain accurate member records in the CRM.
    Connect members with relevant Chamber NT programs and services.
    Actively grow membership through engagement and outreach.
  • Events & Networking
    Coordinate local events such as Business at Sunset, Women in Business, workshops, and awards.
    Manage logistics including venues, catering, registrations, and sponsors.
    Collaborate with the central Events Team and collect post‑event feedback.
  • Governance & Secretariat Support
    Support Regional Executive Committees (Central Australia & Barkly).
    Prepare and distribute agendas, papers, and minutes.
    Track action items and uphold governance standards.
  • Administration & Coordination
    Maintain CRM data for members and events.
    Assist with financial coordination including invoices and reconciliations.
    Provide general support to the Head of Central Australia and wider team.
    Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visiting members.
