Our client, a leading medical professional renowned for excellence in patient care, is seeking a polished, detail-oriented individual to join their team from January 2026.

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for patients in a busy, private (cash) practice — ensuring an exceptional front-office experience. The role requires someone who thrives in a high-end medical environment and can manage appointments, billing, and patient communication with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing reception and patient interactions in a professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining efficient diary management
  • Processing billing and payments in a cash-based environment
  • Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and administrative support
  • Delivering exceptional service aligned with the practice’s standards of care
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a private medical practice (not hospital-based)
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a cash-based practice
  • Available to start in January 2026
Additional Details:
  • Candidates may be required to complete a short trial period which you will be reimbursed for (maximum one week)

Salary:

R15 000 – R22 000 (depending on experience)
