JHCP is looking for aMedical Assistant (CMA) to provide high quality care to patients at ourNCR Pulmonology Practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The Medical Assistant administers medications and immunizations, obtains vital signs, maintains inventory of appropriate supplies, ensures safe and efficient patient flow, tracks high-risk referrals and lab tests, facilitates safe transitions of care, organizes practice environment to assure patient safety and quality outcomes, and contributes to HEDIS and designated quality measures.
Location: 5530 Wisconsin Ave., Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815
Shift: Non-exempt. - Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary Range: Minimum $17.82/hour - Maximum $29.43/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
