We're looking for a Media Assistant / Traffic Coordinator to manage internal and external traffic workflows, ensuring smooth delivery of TV and media spots, accuracy of instructions, and timely coordination between production, client services, and accounting teams. This position also supports the media buying and operations team through data entry, reporting, and analytical assistance.
Support the Media Operations Manager with clearance reports and ad hoc data projects.
Maintain and update media and client statistics spreadsheets.
