A leading media company in Johannesburg is seeking a Media Sales Manager to drive growth through innovative retail media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in sales and account management, a strong network within media agencies, and a deep understanding of campaign execution. Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6–8 years of experience in client / account management or sales roles, ideally in media or retail campaigns.
Strong network of contacts within media agencies and OOH specialists.
Deep understanding of marketing theory, media planning, ATL channels, and campaign execution.
Proven ability to interpret campaign performance data and market insights to influence strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
