  • Manage the end-to-end production process for video, audio, and digital content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and freelancers, managing costs, quality, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure media production complies with best practices in accessibility, inclusivity, and educational effectiveness.
Project Management & Reporting
  • Define project timelines, deliverables, and resources in a multiproject environment, tracking progress to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular reports on media production status, highlighting areas of improvement and strategies for enhancing content offerings.
  • Track and monitor production budgets within agreed allocations.
  • Participate in content planning meetings, offering insight into production challenges, resource needs, and potential solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and an organised media asset library to ensure accessibility and reusability.
  • Coordinate and oversee media development and filming activities, including those at partner locations in the UK.
Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc
  • Support ad hoc media-related requests from colleagues, ensuring fast turnaround and alignment with brand and production standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve media production quality, including developing and updating internal policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and adopt new tools, particularly AI-driven solutions, to enhance both efficiency and creativity.
  • Contribute to building a scalable, future-ready media production framework that supports organisational growth.
Requirements

  • Video Production Editing – taking provided filming and sound recordings, and editing them post-production.
  • Graphic Design & Motion Graphics – Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Audio Production – podcast creation, editing, and voiceover management.
  • Basic Interactive / E-Learning Tools – e.g. HTML5, H5P.
  • AI Tools for Media Production.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence favourable, but not essential.
