Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with a proven track record in paid media execution, campaign optimization, and data-driven performance marketing. As a Remote Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn — ensuring each campaign meets ROI targets and aligns with brand goals. This is an excellent opportunity to work with international brands and fast-growing startups while honing your skills in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to adjust targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize ROI and CPA.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategy and communicate ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest ad trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
  • Manage budgets across multiple campaigns while ensuring efficient spend allocation.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ROI/CPA goals on direct-response campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environments is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote-first team.
