• Knowledge of SANS 10400 Part-O (Lighting & Ventilation).

• Site inspections and contractor coordination.
• RFQ and tender documentation control.
• Technical report writing and project documentation.
• Collaboration across MEFP disciplines (Fire Wet Services).

• Experience in HVAC commissioning and BOQ / spec compilation
• Passport required for potential travel
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Neat professional and confident communicator
