You will design, test, and validate mechanical systems using CATIA or SolidWorks, perform FEA, and collaborate with cross-functional engineers to deliver production-ready solutions for next-generation vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably within automotive sector.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD and CAE tools is essential.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and analyze simulation results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for automotive applications, focusing on powertrain, chassis, or thermal management.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate designs and predict performance under various conditions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
