Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of mechanical building services (HVAC, wet services) using relevant software
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs across infrastructure projects
  • Review and prepare technical documentation, drawings, and client reports
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and commissioning activities
  • Manage QA / QC procedures and ensure compliance with standards and specifications
  • Oversee project delivery in terms of quality, cost, and timelines
  • Provide leadership and line management to the mechanical engineering team
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years post‑registration experience in building services (HVAC, wet services)
  • BTech (minimum), BSc / BEng (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Professionally registered with ECSA
  • Vertical transportation
  • Piped gas services (medical gases, LPG)
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Industrial mechanical services (e.g., water / wastewater plants)
  • Project management
  • Strong knowledge of local / international standards and safety legislation
