Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in a meat or food processing plant.
• Experience with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly production schedules.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet production targets.
• Report on daily yields and track line efficiencies.
• Identify training needs and provide training on the production floor.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality assurance, and legal requirements.
• Participate in departmental meetings regarding product quality.
• Drive health and safety adherence.
• Prepare performance reports for senior managers.
