The ideal tutor has experience working with children of a similar age and feels comfortable teaching in English. Lessons should be engaging, interactive, and tailored to the child’s individual learning style. We value a warm, supportive, and structured approach to teaching. The tutor should be creative and playful, while also providing consistency and gentle guidance that helps the child feel confident and motivated. It is important that the tutor shares our appreciation for curiosity-driven learning and can thoughtfully guide the student from basic arithmetic toward more advanced elementary math over time.
