Job summary

ADvTECH is seeking qualified educators for the FET phase in a high school setting, focusing on delivering engaging instruction and guiding students toward academic excellence across curricula such as IEB, Cambridge and IB.

Candidates should have a relevant degree with PGCE/B.Ed (FET), SACE certification, and 2-5 years of teaching and specialist subject experience. Strong digital literacy and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• A degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B. Education (FET) with a specialization in the subjects to be taught.
• SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements.
• 2-5 years Teaching Experience.
• 2-5 years Specialist subject teaching.
• Computer and digital literacy.
• First Aid.

Duties

Educators in the FET phase will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing appropriate instructional programs in a high school environment that guide and encourage students to develop and fulfil their academic potential and prepare them for life after graduation. They will need :
