About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Facilitators in Mathematics. These are full‑time, on‑site positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Mathematics lessons for Grade 11 and 12 learners at five selected TRAC partner schools.
• Provide academic support and guidance to help learners achieve strong matric results.
• Assist learners in applying to suitable tertiary institutions and in securing funding for their proposed studies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics plus an Education qualification OR Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education
• Minimum 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics at the Grade level
• Proven track record of excellent matric results
• Strong administrative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Passion for education and empowering young minds
• Own reliable transport
