Overview
We are seeking an experienced Master Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage the full service process from booking to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service requirements
 
- Accurately capture customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
 
- Provide technical advice and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
 
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient job scheduling and workflow
 
- Maintain communication with customers regarding job progress and costs
 
- Prepare quotations and obtain customer authorizations
 
- Conduct final checks and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery
 
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
 
- Handle warranty claims and liaise with OEM representatives as required
 
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies
 
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Master or Senior level preferred)
 
- Strong technical background and understanding of vehicle systems
 
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
 
- Experience in a dealership environment (premium brand experience advantageous)
 
- Proficient in dealership management systems (Kerridge, Automate, or similar)
 
- Valid driver’s license
