Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage the full service process from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their service requirements
  • Accurately capture customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
  • Provide technical advice and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient job scheduling and workflow
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding job progress and costs
  • Prepare quotations and obtain customer authorizations
  • Conduct final checks and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery
  • Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
  • Handle warranty claims and liaise with OEM representatives as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Master or Senior level preferred)
  • Strong technical background and understanding of vehicle systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Experience in a dealership environment (premium brand experience advantageous)
  • Proficient in dealership management systems (Kerridge, Automate, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license
