You will be responsible for delivering a full suite of lash services, including various extension styles, lifts, and tints, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and client comfort. Key Responsibilities

Apply and design various styles of eyelash extensions, including classic, volume (2D, 3D, 6D), and hybrid sets. Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance natural lashes effectively. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desired looks, assess natural lash health, and recommend suitable treatments. Ensure meticulous application techniques for longevity and client comfort, avoiding damage to natural lashes. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools and workspace. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry. Provide clients with aftercare advice to maximize the lifespan of their lash extensions. Assist in training and guiding newer technicians, ensuring quality and consistency across services in Paarl.

Requirements

A recognized certification in Eyelash Extension Application is mandatory. A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in applying eyelash extensions, with proven expertise in volume techniques. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of lash extension styles and high-quality work. Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and extreme attention to detail.
