Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a Master Data Controller to lead the Master Data team and drive data integrity across the organisation. You will deliver timely data insights to support informed business decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven operations.

Based in South Africa, the role reports to the Group Lead: Master Data and focuses on delivering high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and quality improvements across CCBA's enterprise data assets.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Controller to join the Finance team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Lead: Master Data.

CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorized bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. With over 14 000 employees in Africa, CCBA group services more than 800 000 customers with a host of international and local brands. CCBA group operates in 14 countries: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi and the islands of Comoros and Mayotte.

The Master Data Controller will be leading the Master Data team to ensure the organisation’s master data is accurate, reliable, and strategically valuable by driving high standards of data integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement. The role exists to deliver timely and meaningful data insights that support informed business decision-making, while fostering strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders to enable effective data-driven operations across the organisation.
