This prestigious role will uphold the brand’s tradition of craftsmanship while inspiring innovation in every creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft luxury chocolate products, desserts, and pastries that reflect the brand’s heritage of excellence.
  • Develop seasonal collections, bespoke creations, and experiential products for retail and events.
  • Demonstrate mastery in chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and sculpting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on launches, activations, and brand experiences.
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry and chocolatier team members.
  • Represent the brand at selected events, demonstrations, and workshops as a creative ambassador.
Requirements
