Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification is required.
• 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with at least 3 years as a Master Technician.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across major systems.
• Skilled with OEM-level diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of engine performance, fuel, brakes, and electrical diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, focusing on complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Interpret technical manuals and service bulletins to identify problems.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs or maintenance.
• Execute repairs to meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Use diagnostic gear to pinpoint faults in engines, transmissions, ABS, SRS, and more.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians to develop skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Stay updated with new vehicle technologies and repair methods.
• Keep thorough records of all work performed.
