Job summary

A leading Consumer Healthcare company is seeking a results-driven Mass Market Representative with proven experience in the retail pharmacy space. You will ensure product visibility across mass market channels and support company activations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the Pharmacy FMCG environment and possess strong sales and marketing skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive brand visibility and market execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Pharmacy FMCG environment.
  • Previous experience working in retail pharmacy is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be a resident of the country in scope and legally able to work there.

Responsibilities

  • Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability.
  • Deploy company Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
  • Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales and stock levels.
  • Gather and report market insights and competitor activities.
