We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, and help our clients stay booked and scaling.

What you'll own

• Execute and oversee all aspects of monthly marketing campaigns
• Ensure data is accurate and results are clearly tracked
• Own timelines, follow-ups, and internal workflow accountability
• Partner with Client Success to retain and grow accounts
• Constantly improve systems, reports, and delivery quality

Responsibilities & Core Skills

• Selecting USPS EDDM routes aligned with client targeting
• Coordinating shipping labels, print logistics, and blast timelines
• Ensuring clean execution without errors or delays
• Managing Airtable, GoHighLevel, and ClickUp for flawless fulfillment
• Auditing and improving campaign performance reports
• Spotting trends across campaigns to advise on next moves
• Supporting content tweaks and message positioning
• Brainstorming new test angles or seasonal campaign pivots
• Organizing recurring campaign timelines and account touchpoints
• Proactively flagging issues and suggesting solutionsCoordinating across Slack, ClickUp, Airtable with daily accountability
• Handling inbound client needs quickly and clearly

Who you are

• 2+ years in marketing ops, project management, or fulfillment
• Strong understanding of executional workflows in service-based marketing
• Detail-obsessed with a high standard for accuracy and speed
• Able to prioritize, self-direct, and stay accountable in remote work
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Bonus: Experience in GoHighLevel, Airtable, or direct mail

Availability & Compensation

• Hours: Full-time, 8AM–5PM MST (occasional flexibility required)
• Pay Range: $1,–$2, USD / month + performance commission
• Location: Fully remote (global welcome with aligned time zone availability)
