We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote our client's brand, products, and solutions.

Qualifications
  • 3 years Diploma/Degree in Marketing (NQF level 7), Communications or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in marketing (Healthcare/Medical sector advantageous)
  • Proven digital marketing and social media experience
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM & design/marketing tools
  • Valid driver's licence & ability to travel for events/training when required.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned to business objectives
  • Support product launches and brand positioning in the healthcare market
  • Conduct market segmentation and competitor analysis
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multimedia platforms
  • Digital & Content Marketing
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and SEO
  • Develop multimedia content (brochures, presentations, newsletters, product sheets)
  • Track and report digital performance metrics and engagement analytics
  • Brand & Corporate Communication
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Manage internal and external communication for campaigns and events
  • Maintain strong brand presence within healthcare sector networks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business growth
  • Support customer education initiatives (webinars, product workshops, medical events)
  • Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and advertising agencies
Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain marketing budget and assist with supplier procurement
  • Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports
  • Manage company marketing collateral and promotional materials
