We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote our client's brand, products, and solutions.
Qualifications
- 3 years Diploma/Degree in Marketing (NQF level 7), Communications or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in marketing (Healthcare/Medical sector advantageous)
- Proven digital marketing and social media experience
- Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM & design/marketing tools
- Valid driver's licence & ability to travel for events/training when required.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned to business objectives
- Support product launches and brand positioning in the healthcare market
- Conduct market segmentation and competitor analysis
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multimedia platforms
- Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and SEO
- Develop multimedia content (brochures, presentations, newsletters, product sheets)
- Track and report digital performance metrics and engagement analytics
- Brand & Corporate Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage internal and external communication for campaigns and events
- Maintain strong brand presence within healthcare sector networks
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business growth
- Support customer education initiatives (webinars, product workshops, medical events)
- Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and advertising agencies
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain marketing budget and assist with supplier procurement
- Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports
- Manage company marketing collateral and promotional materials
