The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, support pipeline creation, and enable engagement with key decision-makers.

This role is critical to connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes through well‑structured campaigns, high‑performing content, and coordinated go‑to‑market execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver integrated campaigns that support business priorities, coordinate messaging, content, email, and social media for each campaign, monitor performance and adapt based on results, ensure campaigns support lead generation and align to the buyer journey.
  • Email Marketing and Automation: Build and manage email journeys in Click Dimensions or similar platforms, trigger campaigns based on lead behaviour and campaign engagement, work with sales teams to hand off qualified leads, review email performance and refine over time.
  • Content Development and Thought Leadership: Write and coordinate campaign content including articles, case studies, emails, and landing pages, collaborate with internal teams to capture client impact and success stories, ensure all content supports lead conversion and business positioning.
  • Social Media Coordination: Manage LinkedIn content calendar based on campaign priorities, draft and schedule weekly posts that support awareness and engagement, monitor performance and share top content internally for amplification.
  • Event Marketing: Support the planning and execution of marketing‑led webinars, roundtables, and industry events, coordinate logistics, registrations, communications, and follow‑up, align event activity with campaign goals and pipeline objectives.
  • Sales and CRM Collaboration: Assign leads in Microsoft Dynamics and ensure statuses are updated weekly, follow up with Inside Sales and Sales teams to track lead progression, maintain lead quality and ensure visibility across the sales funnel, support campaign reporting and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Click Dimensions or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and events
  • Clear and confident writing skills across long‑ and short‑form content
  • Basic design or CMS experience (WordPress, Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Professional competencies: understands how marketing supports pipeline creation and sales acceleration, operates with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail, collaborates effectively across marketing, sales, and business teams, prioritises execution and measurable outcomes, proactive communicator who follows up and closes.
