Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own delivery of marketing work for US clients. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship to keep projects on time and on budget.

This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones and maintain clear client updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
