Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, a US-based digital marketing firm, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship to keep projects on time and on budget.

This role requires a strong communicator who stays organized, coordinates cross-functional teams, and keeps clients informed. Remote work is possible from Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
