Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting brand and product initiatives through effective project coordination, marketing brief & traffic management, exhibition & event support, content execution and digital presence management.

This role ensures smooth collaboration across teams, timely delivery of marketing assets, and consistent brand representation across all channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordinator & Traffic Management
    • Coordinate and manage marketing briefs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely execution.
    • Act as a traffic manager for incoming requests, assigning tasks and tracking progress across the team.
    • Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met across campaigns and product launches.
  2. Content & Collateral Support
    • Assist in the development and updating of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, product spec sheets, etc.).Review all artwork to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
  3. Digital & Online Presence
    • Support website content updates and digital campaign execution.
    • Collaborate with the digital team to maintain accurate and engaging online content.
  4. Event & Exhibition Support
    • Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for exhibitions, trade shows, external events and internal events.
    • Ensure timely delivery of assets and on-site support where needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a marketing project coordinator or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects across various departments.
  • Strong understanding of brand, digital and content marketing.
  • Experience with project management tools and marketing workflows.
  • Experience with CRM is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
