Job summary

XM is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to bridge global strategy with local execution in the Western Cape. You will support regional marketing programs, ensure brand consistency, and tailor initiatives to resonate with local audiences.

In this role you will coordinate with local agencies, localize content, plan campaigns and events, monitor projects, and report insights to the Regional Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with exposure to the local market
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to adapt global strategies into locally relevant initiatives
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
