What you’ll do

• Lead annual category, brand, and product plans to achieve growth and profitability
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns
• Oversee New Product Development from idea to launch
• Identify new ingredients, packaging, tech, and product concepts
• Manage stock planning, forecasting, and product life cycles
• Ensure products meet legal, CAMS, and export requirements
• Handle costing, supplier partnerships, and negotiations
• Drive strong project management and process improvement
• Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team

Minimum Requirements

• Post–Grade 12 qualification (degree or similar)
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• FMCG or luxury brand experience
• Strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent computer and ERP skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence
